如何申請How to Apply
*向本校逕行申請，不受理委由其他機構團體代為申請。
*申請時程: 春季班截止日期12月20日，秋季班截止日期7月20日。經審查錄取後榜單於12月25日(春季班)、7月30日(秋季班)公布於本網站。其他專案班別，請依照個別招生簡章。
*語言能力: 本校課程皆以中文授課，申請人應提供以下其中一項證明: 1.等同華測A2以上通過證書 2.前一學位以中文授課或主修中文 3.母語為中文. 其他專案班別, 請依個別簡章規定。
*財力證明: 等同美元3000以上之幣別，由金融機構出具之財力證明。

獎學金申請:為獎勵優秀境外生提供多元獎助計畫。對象涵蓋馬來西亞、新南向國家、港澳及全球外籍生與僑生。符合資格者首學期最高可享學雜費及住宿費全免；以第一志願錄取者，首年學費比照國立大學並免住宿費。另針對印度籍學生設有專案基金，補助在學期間各項規費。凡學業成績維持班排名前10%者，次學期起可續領1/2獎學金補助

學雜費收費標準: 本校各院系每學期學雜費總額約為新台幣45568元至50978元不等。除學雜費外，學生每學期另需負擔住宿費(12500元)、電腦網路費及保險等代收費用。外籍生則需額外繳納健保費。詳細金額依科系而異

*申請方式: 於表格下載處下載「外國學生入學申請表」，附上簡章註明之相關附件，寄至本校招生處(台灣新竹市香山區玄奘路48號 玄奘大學招生服務處收)，或文件掃描後寄至sstai@jhcu.edu.tw。
*Apply to us directly without go through other organizations on your behalf.
*Apply Deadline: 20Dec.for Spring semester, 20July for Fall semester. Admission will announce on this website on 10Jan.for Spring semester and 1 Aug. for Fall semester. For other programs, pls refer to individual admission brochure.
*Language requirement: All departments and classes are taught in Chinese, applicant should provides one of the following document: -1)Equal to TOCFL A2 Chinese language certification. 2)Chinese as native language. 3)The previous degree was taught in Chinese. For other programs, pls refer to individual admission brochure.
*Financial statement: Official bank statement in Chinese or English that indicates an account balance above USD3000 currency . Statement should not be issued by agency, company or personal.
*Scholarships:HCU offers comprehensive scholarships for overseas students from Malaysia, New Southbound countries, HK/Macao, and globally. Eligible applicants may receive full tuition and accommodation waivers for their first semester. First-choice admittees enjoy national university tuition rates and free housing for the first year. Indian students are eligible for a dedicated fund covering various fees throughout their studies. Students maintaining a top 10% class rank qualify for a 1/2 tuition waiver from the second semester onwards.

獎學金Scholarship
*書卷獎學金：凡每學期學業成績名列前茅，皆由本校主動發放新台幣2000 ~ 5000元不等之獎學金。
*何宗遐先生獎學金：凡本人或家庭發生重大事故，學生可提出急難救助申請。
*校內工讀助學金：凡僑生及外籍生皆可申請校內工讀。校內工讀機會多，舉凡教師研究計畫助理、教學助理、行政助理、一般工讀，每月工讀或助理費從新台幣3000元至7000元不等。
*Overseas Students Scholarship: Those who have excellent grade and are recommended by teachers could get free tuition and accommodation fees for 1-4 years. The approval and issuance is according to the "HCU Regulations of Entrance Scholarships for Overseas Students" "HCU Regulations of Entrance Scholarships for India Students": https://reurl.cc/XmG7Ej
*Academic Outstanding Award: Scholarships ranging from NT2,000 to NT5,000 for those who are among the best in their academic performance each semester.
*He Aongxia Scholarship: Students can apply for emergency assistance in case of serious accidnets to themselves or their families.
*On-campus work: There are many opportunities for part time work in campus such as teachers' research project assitants, teaching assistants, administrative assistants, and general part time work. The payment range is from NT3,000 to NT7,000 per month.
學雜費資訊Tuition
*Tuition is between NT90,000 to NT110,000 per year. Different department has different tuition amount: https://reurl.cc/7Rr6V5. For specific programs, pls refer to individual admission brochure.
生活資訊Other informations
*位於新竹市科學園區，距離桃園機場30分鐘、新竹高鐵站20分鐘。校內有國道客運站牌，從校區直達台北火車站只要90分鐘。
*‧外國學生保證都有住宿床位，五人一間，房間內設有獨立衛浴並有網路、冷氣…等等。
‧專人機場接送服務，並設有國際志工提供課業與生活協助。
*HCU is located nearby HsinChu Science Park, it takes 30 mins from Taoyuan airport and 20 mins from Hsinchu HSR station. There is high way bus stop in our campus and it takes about 90 mins to reach Taipei train station.
*Foreign students have priority righ to live in campus dorrmitory. One dormitory room is for 5 people. Each room has own bathroom, internet, air-conditioning.
*Free airport pick-up service and one on one academic assistance.
