本校辦理外國學生招生事務，除宣傳推廣及協助學生辦理來臺相關必要程序外，未委由校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理；並適時確認其對外國學生是否收取不合理之費用、成立借貸關係或其他違反相關法令之情形，必要時得向申請之外國學生查核。本校自行或委由校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理宣傳外國學生招生相關事項，未提供與招生規定、招生簡章或相關規定不一致之資訊。

HCU handles the recruitment of international students and does not commission any external institution, legal person, group, or individual to handle related matters except publicity and promotions, and to assist students coming to Taiwan undertake the necessary related procedures.

HCU will also verify whether any commissioned party has collected any unreasonable fees from international students, established any loan relationship with any international student, or whether any other violation of related ordinances has occurred, and when necessary, HCU may check details with international students who are applying for admission.

HCU handles events related to the admission of international students or commissions an external institution, legal person, group, or individual to do so, and provides information that is consistent with the admission regulation, admission guidelines, or any related regulations.

財力證明 Proof of Financial Resources / Chứng minh tài chính

申請人須出具由銀行開立足夠在臺就學之銀行帳戶存款證明(USD 4,000美元以上)或政府、本校或民間機構提供獎助學金之證明。財力證明不得採用代辦、公司行號或個人開立證明。

Applicants must provide proof of bank account deposit sufficient to study in Taiwan (more than USD $4,000) or proof of scholarships and bursaries provided by the government, the HCU or private organizations. Proof of financial resources should not be issued by an agency, company or individual.

錄取國際專修部學位先修生於第一年限修讀華語課程，學期間每週20小時，全學年共修讀720小時，第一年修業期滿前應達華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)聽力與閱讀測驗基礎級A2標準後，轉入原錄取之學系自大一起修習，並於升大二前應達到華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)聽力與閱讀測驗進階級B1標準。

Students who are admitted to the International Foundation Program need to take Chinese Courses for the 1st year (20 hours per week for two semesters, which is 720 Learning Hours in total). Students need to reach at least A2 level of TOCFL within the 1st year and then bridge to the department you applied for and reach at least B1 level of TOCFL before being sophomore.

Sau khi nhập học chương trình dự bị Đại học Quốc Tế , năm thứ nhất sẽ ưu tiên học tiếng Trung, mỗi kỳ 1 tuần/20 tiếng, tổng thời gian học tiếng Trung năm thứ nhất là 720 giờ; sau khi hoàn thành hết khóa học năm thứ 1 sinh viên phải thi đỗ TOCFL A2 mới đủ điều kiện đăng kí nhập học chương trình đại học; cũng như trước khi vào năm thứ hai, sinh viên phải đạt trình độ B1 của kỳ thi năng lực tiếng Hán (TOCFL) về nghe và đọc. để đủ điều kiện tiếp tục các năm học sau.

先修生因故缺席，得參照本校「學生請假規則」至國際專修部請假，未經核准請假或請假未核准而缺席者視為曠課。先修生缺(曠)課時數達15小時(含以上)由國際專修部約談學生並進行列管輔導，累計至30小時記小過1次，累計45小時記大過1次，每累計15小時再記大過1次，累計滿三次大過，依據本校「學生獎懲辦法」予以退學處分。

In case of absence due to reasons, pre-students may refer to the University's "Student Leave Regulations" to apply for leave from the International Foundation Program. Absences without approved leave or absences despite unapproved leave shall be considered truancy. Pre-students who accumulate 15 hours or more of truancy will be counseled by the International Foundation Program and subjected to a disciplinary record. Accumulating 30 hours of truancy will result in a minor offense, accumulating 45 hours will result in a major offense, and each subsequent accumulation of 15 hours will result in an additional major offense. After accumulating three major offenses, the student will be expelled according to the "Student Rewards and Punishments Regulations" of the University.

Sinh viên có điều kiện vắng mặt vì bất kỳ lý do gì có thể tham khảo “Quy định nghỉ phép của sinh viên” của trường để xin nghỉ phép. Những sinh viên vắng học không phép sẽ bị coi là trốn tiết. . Nếu sinh viên vắng mặt trong 15 giờ , phía nhà trường sẽ thực thi các hoạt động phụ đạo cho sinh viên đó. Sinh viên sẽ bị tích một điểm xấu nhỏ nếu vắng mặt 30 giờ, và tích một điểm xấu lớn nếu vắng mặt đến 45 giờ. số giờ tích lũy sẽ được ghi nhận thêm mỗi giờ ,một lỗi nghiêm trọng và nếu có tổng cộng ba lỗi nghiêm trọng, học sinh sẽ bị đuổi khỏi trường theo "Các biện pháp khen thưởng và trừng phạt học sinh" của nhà trường.

先修生於國際專修部修讀華語課程期間或期滿後，應達華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)之聽力與閱讀測驗基礎級A2標準(含以上)，得接續修讀所錄取之學系一年級；未達標準者，採退學處分。

Pre-students who have completed or reached the end of the Mandarin course in the International Foundation Program must achieve a listening and reading test score of A2 or above on the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) to be eligible to continue studying in the first year of the enrolled department. Those who fail to meet the standard will be subject to expulsion.

Sinh viên phải đạt tiêu chuẩn TOCFL A2  trong bài kiểm tra nghe và đọc của kì thi Năng lực Hoa ngữ(TOCFL) trong hoặc sau khóa học tiếng Trung tại Chương trình Dự bị Đại học Quốc tế và có thể tiếp tục học tại chương trình được tuyển vào hệ Đạo học; nếu không đạt chuẩn sẽ bị đuổi học.

先修生於國際專修部修讀華語課程期間或期滿後，通過華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)之聽力與閱讀測驗基礎級A2檢測後，必須轉入錄取之學系就讀，無法配合者需辦理退學，不得續留國際專修部。

Pre-students who have completed or reached the end of the Mandarin course in the International Foundation Program must pass the listening and reading test of the TOCFL at the basic level of A2. After passing the test, they must transfer to the enrolled department for further study. Those who cannot comply must withdraw from the University and cannot remain in the International Foundation Program.

Sinh viên phải chuyển tiếp vào khoa được tuyển sinh sau khi vượt qua bài kiểm tra trình độ nghe và đọc tiếng Trung (TOCFL) cấp độ cơ bản A2 trong hoặc sau khi hoàn thành khóa học tiếng Trung tại trường. Sinh viên phải nghỉ học nếu không đạt tiêu chuẩn ngôn ngữ TOCFL A2.

學生於正式修讀學士班課程一年後，方得於製造業、營造業、農業及長期照顧、服務業及電子商務業等相關系所申請轉系或轉學。

After one year of formal study in the Bachelor program, students are allowed to apply for a transfer to academic departments in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, long-term care, service and e-commerce within the university or other universities.
