Introduction
The College of International Hospitality and Management consists of the Department of Hospitality Management and the Department of Applied Japanese Language. The curriculum includes cross- cultural communication, service management, introduction to management, tourism Japanese, hospitality management, world food culture, Japanese service and marketing, and many more, to equip students with international competitiveness and train them to become professionals in tourism.

The department combines the professional knowledge required for hospitality and management with the Department of Applied Japanese under the faculty. Through various courses, activities, and seminars, students will be able to strengthen their global perspective and work for excellent tourism services or become active management personnel.

Through the horizontal connection between universities, students can apply for the Study Abroad Program to study in foreign universities and colleges or to intern in enterprises and organizations to broaden their perspectives.

The faculty members have rich industry experience and academic background, and can combine theory and practice to develop students' practical skills and management application ability. Their international background can provide students with opportunities for internship in other places by making use of their contacts from different regions.

Professional classrooms: The Department of Applied Japanese has a Japanese-style classroom with Japanese architecture to provide students with practical Japanese cultural experiences. The Department of Hospitality and Tourism has a Chinese classroom, a Western classroom, a housekeeping classroom, and other relevant classrooms. Through the teaching and practice from courses and internships, students can experience the workplace early and enhance their skills and mentality.
